· Up to 8 hours of venue use (which includes your set up/break down time)
· Additional hours @ $100 per hour
· Indoor use for up to 185 guests
· Outdoor patio space
· Use of kitchen for reheating/cooling only
· Round tables and rectangle side tables
· Venue host

$1,300
· Up to 8 hours of venue use (which includes your set up/break down time)
· Venue available after 2:00 pm on Sunday
· Additional hours @ $100 per hour

$200 deposit holds venue for date requested

The room can accommodate 185 people. With round tables and chairs, 160 can be seated.
Yes, you may use your own decorations however, tapes, tacks or any other hanging materials are not allowed on the walls, doors or windows.
Only beer and wine can be served. Beer must be in cans or kegs. Only plastic drinkware is allowed.
The hours included in the rental fee include time for you to set-up before and break-down after your event.
The kitchen may only be used to warm or cool catered food. No cooking or baking is allowed.
Security will be provided by the Rental Coordinator (or representative) who will be on-call for your event.
Yes, we have partnered with The Event Helper for renters to secure insurance for the event, you may find your own. A copy of your insurance certificate must be provided to the rental coordinator prior to the event. To purchase insurance through The Event Help, please click here or use the insurance button below.
